Public Class Policy

If a public class is cancelled on our end due to issues such as inclement weather posing a danger, or minimum isn't met, all students will have an option for a refund or a class re-schedule. If minimum isn't met 4 days prior to the start of the actual class, all students will be notified.

If a student cancels their class 72 business hours or more in advance for a public class, they have the option of rescheduling for another date or a refund with a $20 penalty fee. Please contact us to reschedule or to obtain a refund.

Private Group Policy

Due to the amount of preparation that goes into a private group of 8 or more students- refunds will not be issued, but rather the class will be rescheduled. We will need a 5 business days at minimum notification of the cancellation of the date.
